Used- GMF Gouda Single Drum K Flaker, Type K17.5/36, Approximate Cooling Surface 215 Square Feet, 304 Stainless Steel. Approximately 68.90″ (1750mm) Diameter x 141.7323″ (3600mm) face cored chrome plated carbon steel drum. Includes (1) knife scraper with blade, end drum scrapers, manually adjustable. Hydraulically driven by a approximate 30hp, 3/60/230/460 volt, 1160 rpm motor, Rexroth Hydraulic unit. Bolt-on top fume hood with (2) 16″, (2) 4″ openings. Jacketed 304 stainless steel trough with (4) side access doors. Mounted on a carbon steel frame. Includes discharge conveyor, approximate trough 258″ long x 15″ wide x 16″ deep, with 14″ diameter x 252″ long screw on 4″ diameter shaft. Machine# K.156:74R GS.158, Built 1991
